Greenwich Street New York
A contrast between the old and new. In the foreground
Trinity Church Episcopal Church built in 1846 in Lower
Manhattan. Its spire is 281' . It is a classic example of
Gothic revival architecture. People took refuge here in
the September 11 attacks. In the background is the NYC
Freedom Tower which including its spire stands 1776'
tall on the site of the former World Trade Centre.
