Big fish

One of the 4 remaining Great Crested Grebe chicks at the artificial island had just been handed a fish by one of its parents. I thought it might not be able to swallow it an it did indeed struggle a little with it but eventually managed to get it down.

Backblipping this entry because I fell asleep in my chair while sorting the photos I'd taken at the artificial island on the way home from work.
