Malaysian Chicken Laksa Soup

Delicious! Ronnie jr and I concocted this tonight whilst Charmaine cooked crumbed chicken schnitzels with salad and sweetcorn! I just luvvvv this soup, but since I am on this diet, I added loads of veggies and thingies to make up for the fact that I can't eat any pasta or a breadroll with it, it turned out to be really tasty and thick, loads of goodness on a cold Friday night! ;-)
