Off the Wall.

Well i am pleased to say, that i am not aching after yesterdays encounter with the vibratorPower Plate, and i slept remarkably well. I might have another attempt on Monday. We went to Porthcawl looking for a blip and it was very windy and bitterly cold. I didn't really feel in the mood for staying out too long. As you can see it was really quiet, although the shows were open. There were lots of wind surfers in the water ( i can't see the fascination ) . At the top end of the beach, just under the fairground, there were about ten donkeys. They looked so sad, cold and dejected. There heads were down, and there tails were tucked between their legs. I doubt that anyone in their right mind would want to ride on the beach, on a donkey, today. We shared a portion of chips and came home. I was so cold that i put the heating and i am now nice and warm.
