It was definitely that Monday feeling for me!

Not even sure why, had a lovely weekend, maybe that was why?

My right achilles/heel was really painful over the weekend and no better today if a course hadn't been closing I wouldn't have gone into work, after a couple of paracetamol I was nodding at my desk.

Then to top it off a piece of tooth fell off during lunch, see above, so now I am off to the dentist at 10:00 tomorrow morning.
