Her new outfit from across the globe.... These gorgeous suspender trousers arrived the other day. They needed a bit of altering but she was desperate to wear them today, so I sewed them as she stood there hopping about wanting them. We like to send a thank you photo and this was one of them.

We had a super busy day!! Headed out early and stopped for breakfast in the cafe before ballet. They danced hard, only on ballet this week ready for the exams in two weeks time. After ballet, we went into town to find my littlest goddaughter and her mummy. We had a wee potter round for a while before both girls declared (in their different ways!) it was definitely lunch time. Katie and I got to snuggle baby Fern a little bit which was muchly delightful. A little more pottering time together. Katie decided it was enough walking for her and came up on my back in Fern's wrap. We said goodbye and realised we could just make our train in time so went very quickly to the station.

Back home, we decided to go meet my middle goddaughter, her sister and parents. Katie, Livie and Emma had a wonderful time charging round the soft play centre together, pausing for a while to eat tea, but mainly just lots of charging. We set off home, stopping for a few bits and were home at pretty much bedtime.

Turns out 8+ miles of cycling, 90mins dancing and 2hours of soft play is enough for a Katie to fall asleep in her mummy's arms at 6.20
