its as black as night already

... just a few spits and spots of rain but we seem to be stuck under some really slow moving black clouds.

Its been warm but never sunny. I keep looking up for Swifts but none spotted yet - this was my guess day for the first returning bird so a little disappointed so far - if only this cloud would move I bet there is warm air behind it.

A busy day - lots of laundry to be done, then Dad to the dentists, why is that my teeth now hurt!

Afternoon was work on an old garden bench, cleaning it, sanding it down, cleaning with White Spirit and finally a first coat of varnish - more tomorrow. Mum will be happy with that if only there are some sunny days for her to sit out in the garden.
