Poorly Teddy

+ an emergency job in = late night again for me.

The good news is I got back on my bike today. 2 weeks and 6 days after the op.

The GP was surprised I'd lasted this long. I love my GP. Not as much as I love my bicycle, though.

No big hills, no off roading and no falling off. I didn't hear him say no running...

Sanity will be restored.
