View from the office

My "office today has been a commentary booth at the Sunderland City 10k and half marathon.

This was taken early in the morning. Later it was packed with over 2600 athletes and countless others spectating.

I've worked with and met a lot of brilliant people.

After yesterday's excitement at the football my voice just held out for the commentary.

There is nothing left of it now.
But if you aren't going to give it all you've got it's not worth doing.
