Azalea

This has been on my blip short list for a few days. It is right beside our front door and in the past few days, especially in the still air, the perfume has been wonderful, not to mention the colour.

It is near its peak now so today it obtains blip status - in an otherwise light day of photographs: the grey skies did not help much. Apart from some shopping most of the day has been in the garden weeding and taking a risk in planting out seedlings and sweat pea. I hope the frost stays away.
