Day out

Today I drove over to Gillingham (Dorset) to visit an old friend I had not seen for years. We go way back to college days in Weymouth so there was quite a lot of catching up to do! We ate lunch in her pretty garden and then afterwards we walked into the old part of the town and came across this "distressed" antiques shop that was selling all manner of old painted pine furniture and knick knacks. A great place to hover!

The smaller of the twins has had to be taken away from its mother as it was beginning to look dehydrated. The poor first-time mother just hasn't got enough milk to go round. So we shall be feeding it with electrolytes and then powdered milk. Just hope it survives.
