Popped

I like to celebrate when Monday is over. In some ways I feel sorry for Monday. Most people dread them and rarely celebrate the wonder of a new working week. I imagine that Monday is a little resentful and jealous of the ever popular Friday and wishes it could bring the same level of joy that Friday can. Thankfully it does have at least one trump card...the always appreciated Bank Holiday..I hope that brings Monday some satisfaction.

I let off some Party Poppers tonight to celebrate my victory over Monday.

I've had a good day. Lovely kids and interesting conversations. My car has been moved to a specialist garage to undergo a more thorough diagnosis and then the pennies will be counted. I'm walking to school tomorrow.
