Down by the riverside

A long work day in a good way.

More kitchen plans made.

Weather so hot I had to briefly abandon my office and will need to dig my fan out if this continues.

The image was certainly a highlight of my day as it marked me out with my trainers on for the first time in about 12 weeks. A combination of walking and jogging and very gentle and still not sure my knee loved it but I did. And being by the river in glorious sunshine was just a fabulous bonus.
