" I'M LOOKING THROUGH YOU!! "

Better late than never, as the saying goes. Due to a very late night (actually so exhausted we both fell asleep!!) this is the amazing close up of the Allium in our garden.

The day had been very successful at my stain glass class. Both dragon flies now mounted on their bendy wire. Now need to buy the black paint to finish the wire. Also completed a present for a friend which I had been working on at home.

Mr A had very kindly hoovered the entire house. Gosh, I hear you ladies cry!! We took Phoebe for a walk around the village and saw a visitor sitting outside the church. Got talking as you do, next minute she was viewing our house!! As we haven't had a call back from her husband, we are presuming she wasn't able to convince him that they would be better off buying a modern house instead of an old one.

But at least we had a viewing! But notice it didn't come through the Estate Agents. tch tch.

Today late start enjoying a welcome coffee in bed. We are going to walk over to the next village Monksilver and have lunch in the pub garden.

As the whole garden wakes up to the warmth and the flowers smile in the sunshine. Be aware of the queen wasps emerging too. Whilst typing the other morning in Matthew bedroom (where the computer is), I heard a loud buzzing and it was a queen wasp which appeared from nowhere. Needless to say it was imperative that it was not allowed to create another summer of wasp misery. So you know what happened.
