Zen

Art wall inside the potting shed. The large figure in the foreground is from a t-shirt a student gave me when he moved on to the University of California at Santa Cruz. Their mascot is the banana slug, so this t-shirt is the zen banana slug. When the neck got frayed and yellowed I folded it and pinned it on the wall of the shed. It had some Chinese symbols on the back, which I've forgotten their translation. I think it meant, "When one's neck is frayed and yellowed, go hang out in the potting shed." That's pretty zen.
