Centre for International Governance Innovation
This is the back side of CIGI (Centre for International Governance Innovation). It's next door to the workshop I'm at today for day 2 (see yesterday's blip). This side was in the sunlight and made for a nicer photo than the very similar front side which was in shade. It's a restored warehouse (one of several similar - and larger - ones on the same block) of Seagram's Distilleries - of which the Seagrams built a huge empire of booze - largely by selling bootleg spirits to Prohibition Era mobsters in the USA.
