At the eve of the day.....

After a happy day at the Harry Potter school I was collected at 3pm sharp to head off on a longer than hoped for journey to Bexhill-on -sea to visit Jill in her new bungalow. It's a beautiful double aspect building with so much light in every room and she has settled in very happily.

We ate at her local Hungry Horse pub before a drive along the sea front at the most beautiful and peaceful time of day. Really difficult to choose a photo today after several of being stumped for one, but these boats are my favourite.

A much better journey home, and tomorrow I can stay put in bed longer...though I shall wake up at exactly the same time as usual.
