Oh so NICE.....!

These delicious cakes followed scones and dainty sandwiches and pink champagne at Brown's of Mayfair today where we had a celebration tea with friends. A very pleasant afternoon!

I chose Brown's Afternoon Blend tea which is "balanced and full, lots of light, graceful and complex top notes followed by a pungent, malty finish, refreshing and fortifying." Well...it tasted good!

I asked for a menu to take home and it will make interesting and amusing reading!
