Snap.
Don't think I have EVER seen this much rain - even in Helensburgh !
Miserable day all day. Girls had show rehearsals - thankfully I had "Game of Thrones" to watch (much easier to follow than the books!).
Got a nice surprise this morning. An old friend from Kendal is coming up for the day tomorrow to catch some blips. She's been bitten by the blip bug ! She is here. I'm very excited.
Just hope I can get the outboard motor started on the boat to pick her up at the station.
p.s. couldn't depress you with a weather blip - here's a wee blip of some of the old photos I have liberated from the attic. Taken in the days when you were limited to 24 exposures on high days and holidays only (due to the developing expense). I was the official carrier of the 110 when we were on holiday as kids, and I was given a Disk Camera for my 16th. Mr S bought me a 35mm (from two 'bru' cheques!) when we were first going out. Funny -I didn't realise how much I loved taking photos until I look back at them.
Thank goodness for digital !
