COYS one last time....
As I type, we're into extra time in the Premiership Final and its 17-17. I'm finding it hard to watch right now...
Thanks to those of you who wished me a good night's sleep last night. I did indeed sleep very well. I'm feeling really good today as I have managed to lose 13lbs in the last 3 weeks and am still focussed on losing more weight. It's hard but I know it can be done.
I did the food shopping for the village cricket tea tomorrow and then spent a couple of hours prepping it, though I must say I took every short cut I could as last time I really did spend far to long on it and it was not worth the effort!
I got the wheel barrow wheel pumped up, had the car cleaned and did the bedding ironing too. I am now looking at the six shirts still to iron and wondering if I've got it in me. Yes, I have.
Today's blip is a beautiful Viette's hydrangea which is actually planted in my neighbour's garden but which has been kind enough to grow over the fence towards the light in mine. What a lucky girl I am, as I think they're stunning.
Oh and yesterday I spotted a peacock in Salcey Forest on the way to work. Surreal.
EDIT: omg they did it with a try under the posts (just) on the final whistle of extra time. Talk about nail biting. That's the end of 30 years without winning the title. There'll be a parade in town tomorrow. Wonder when.
