Frosty start

I took an early walk today before we cleaned up and prepared to head back to Christchurch.

Like the last few days the price of clear skies was another hard frost. Already in shady spots the frost remains. I stood and looked out across Lake Aviemore, took in the stillness and how lucky I am to have so much to enjoy.

It was cold, it was beautiful

Now I'm home cleaning up so I can go to work for 3 days this week, pack in between and then on Friday and Saturday get everything remaining sorted for moving out on Sunday.
