Mind your Table Manners

We went to Parc Slip this morning, to hopefully get a blip. We parked the car and went for a walk down one of the trails. I was hoping to blip a dragonfly, but as the weather was grey, i knew there wasn't much chance of that. I walked away from where J was standing, and i saw in the grass, a huge rat. I didn't want to call him in case i scared the rat away. I waited, and took a few photos, and then J came level to where i was standing and he saw him as well. His eyes were open, but he seemed to be stunned. J said he looked like he'd been mauled. It was not something i wanted to blip. We decided to have a snack, and while we were in the cafe, we saw this squirrel on the bird table.While he was eating all the bird food, the birds were giving him a wide berth. I thought he was more cute than the rat. This afternoon our daughter, son-in-law and granddaughter called, and we had a good chat. We have had lot's of heavy showers and sunshine today.We are having a curry and a Tiger beer for our meal tonight.
