Emerging
Today we travelled West. Same start to the journey as in May via Dundee, skirting Perth, to Crieff, Comrie, and then we stopped at St Fillans on Loch Earn for a short walk. Emerging from the water opposite one of the hotels we noticed this statue.
The journey continued along Loch Earn then to Crainlarich and on to Tyndrum and the Green Welly Stop. After some lunch we carried on our way but this time didn't turn off to Inverary as we often do but carried on through Loach Awe village, Taynuilt, and Connel to Oban where we stopped for another break and to get some groceries.
As we made the short drive South to our holiday home on the shore of Loch Feochan the rain appeared. It has rained since. The view from the front window down the loch still looks wonderful.
Maeve the Deerhound is here with us. At the moment fast alseep. Journeys are tiring :-)
