Race against time
Morag Cullens, a recent art school graduate of Dundee got a helping hand from her sister, Aisla, as she grappled with her giant sized portraits in a race against time today.
For she had an hour to install her exhibition in St Saviours church, Bridge-of-Allan today along with other members of the Font of Art group.
The morning service finished at 11 am and Forth Valley Open Studios officially opened at noon.
The event called for some fast teamwork.
I was installing a sound sculpture, Duet, of birds singing and cat purring, and my task was simple. I simply plugged in and switched on.
Meanwhile this afternoon mud painting in my studio was the big attraction with one family of four producing a whole series of work and one 8 year od girl did both a mud painting and a digital one on my ipad.

PS Just discovered that Morag Cullens has been picked by online art dealer Sarah Ryan as one of the hottest young talents from this year's art degree shows! and she is with us in Open Studios- fantastic!
