End of day 2

Two days of work on the box sees walnut veneer on the sided and opening edges. It takes ages to do, but surprisingly you don’t notice it and the time flies!! The top has burr walnut and the 4 pieces which form a design, have paper tape over to stop them shrinking.

There are six of us on the course from different parts of the country. An interesting group of individuals with diverse working backgrounds. Lunch at the pub up the road gives plenty of time for chat.
