Sunshine

It has been so sunny and glorious all day. In many ways. Apart from when a decorator who did work for us 9 months ago texted asking us to pay him for the work. Which we did. 9 months ago.

But that aside it has been a very good day. A lovely old friend from uni who I have lost touch with recently happened to be near my house (she lives 250 miles away) with an hour to spare so we drank tea in the sun in the garden and chatted. Like old times. It was very lovely.

What else? A lunchtime run in the park in the sun. Lots of to-dos, done. And the lovely, adorable Peri is back from his Singaporean sojourn and our system can hopefully start to function a little less on the edge.
