Harriet Hare (Dashboard Series Cont)
Harriet finally agreed to let me take pics of her...on the condition that I followed her to a special place she had found and take them there.
Have you ever kept up with a hare ? I ask....I should be stick thin by now.
When we finally got to her special spot even though I was hot sweaty and really ragged I was rather entranced by the strange loveliness of the surrounds.
Harriet was kind and let me catch my breath... take off my shoes and eat my sandwich....which I only got half way through as the most amazing and shiny bubbles appeared as if coming from the ground. I was most curious as to where they had come from.
Harriet told me about the giant magical Toad that lived in the dark under the old log. He dreamed up magical scenes and blew them into bubbles and let them float up into the air....as the bubbles popped the scene became real....and...if we come back tomorrow it would be totally different. Harriet had asked the giant Toad to create a scene that brought out her beauty for the photo shoot....I think he did an alright job.
Hmmmm! might have to eke him out for some backdrop jobs in the future.
AN: been working on and off this for a week or so now....not sure if its finished but seeing as it's been a bit grey and rainy I haven't been out all day .........ergo I didn't have a blip and just had to post something.
“Don't you find it a beautiful clean thought, a world empty of people, just uninterrupted grass, and a hare sitting up?”
