FLYPAST !

The Trooping of the Colour in London today was followed by a Flypast of the RAF. Typically this year, because I was waiting with camera in hand the formations flew over in the distance rather than over us as in previous years. Fortunately I had a long lens to hand & managed to get a few reasonable shots. No sign of the Red Arrows or the Lancaster & Spitfire - never mind maybe next year.

Dave came & disconnected the cooker this am ready for the new one which is being delivered tomorrow

Muggy day with heavy thunder storms in the night & torrential downpours. Have had some rain today but it has dried quickly.

Will mow the lawn later but apart from that not too much going on.
