Frazzled

Woke up tired and went to work feeling a little like a half shut knife.

Got to work and <BANG> full on. Email box full of "Hilfe, hilfe" E-Mails.

One particularly trying case involved many phone calls to Hamburg, where I tried to explain as simply as I could what needed to be done.

It's hugely frustrating to know exactly what you want to say and almost exactly how to say it, and then watch as someone gets it almost 100% wrong.
I'm not a sophisticated German speaker - not yet anyway - but I do speak really rather clear simple German.

And not just once.

It was painful.

After 8 hours of that, I decided that it was easier if I just stepped in and did it myself. 30 minutes later and Game Over, problem gone.

Frazzled.

And so I'm home and I'm going to unwind. Tomorrow is a holiday here and so I can just forget about work until Friday.

Bit of a rushed Blip. But I'm really low on inspiration, too busy repeating scenes from "Not like that....aaargh... set it up like I told you...noooo". Despite all the hassle, he was a really nice bloke and he knows he can phone me whenever he has a problem and I will try to help.

I thought the shadows looked a bit like Japanese calligraphy. Maybe I need stronger glasses.
