'Poppadom house'

Our village has just gained an Indian Restaurant and take away. The place has been so packed with locals that they've had to take the phone off the hook tonight! Luckily we were there in person, though it was just to get a bunch of poppadoms and chips after the girls' swimming lesson, and even then we had a twenty minute wait. Most townies on blip probably think this is very funny - you have takeaways galore. To us though, it's quite a novelty! We are just an isolated little village in the north Pennines after all. Looking forward to my first proper meal from there, as the reviews so far have been superb. The girls are excited to have a 'poppadom house' nearby.
