Alien Orchid

I took a lot of shots of the orchid but I liked this one best as it had a weird alien thing going on.
This was a day which was supposed to be hectic but due to a slight change of plans by the builder, it wasn't as busy as we thought.
A sunny start to the day meant I sat out and read for a while but soon the clouds gathered and I was forced indoors to tackle the ironing pile.
Mum and dad popped round after church and there was a bit of a teary farewell as they're off to Portugal for 2 weeks tomorrow.
Just catching up with Glastonbury and looking froward to seeing Dolly!
