Early Start

My new regimen for the holidays: 7.5 km walk with Buster every morning when Jacqui leaves for work at 7:15.

Well, I've done it once! It was a beautiful morning. The sea was sparkling and blue, the wind had dropped and just a few joggers and dog walkers about.

Someone said last Friday, "Where are you going for your holidays?"

"Home," I replied. Well, I do live on the beach!
