.............. cloud formations in the sky this evening right outside our hotel room - above the sea and beach in Lincoln City, Oregon.
(Aside from a small crop this is sooc)

If you look carefully you can just about see 5 people on the edge of the water - as well as a lot of seagulls.

Another lovely day today - weather beautiful and we had a great drive from Eugene to here ..... checked into the hotel and then took a scenic route to Tillamook and back.

Near Newport (on the way up) we also saw a grey whale very close to the shore ..... no photos were good enough to blip but it was a real thrill just to see it :-))

Tomorrow we have another mini-blipmeet with EvelyneNaylorC in Florence as we make our way south to Coos Bay ..... so looking forward to it!!
