Last day

Bought the boys a cupcake from the cupcake parlour for their last day of term. This is a tradition i created mid last year. I get them a wee treat on the last day as a well done for getting through the term and they deserve it after the last 9 weeks we've had.

I also get the boys teachers a wee gift to say thank you and as a gesture to say i support you. I got Kanyes teachers a little box of chocs to share and mar wanted flowers for his teacher. When he gave them to her he had told me he wanted to say 'thank you for being an awesome teacher' but he got flustered and said 'thanks for being a teacher' which is sort of the same compliment and she loved them anyway.

It was attitude plate night and Marley got it for going up reading level and great story writing resulting in principals award. Achievements of any size should be recognized in these wee people!

Had a busy day running errands gathering little things for the holidays and ink for the printer. Found quite a few good things so look out for my holiday blips over the next two weeks!
