Clafoutis.....

....is a strange word and I'd never heard until today. The local French pâtisserie were selling Clafoutis....it's a cherry flan/custard/yorkshire pudding type thing. I didn't try it because it also had cherry brandy in it.....no drink 'till the 12th for me.

I left my final blip of the bliptogether series too late and had to settle for a shot of Nancy in the front room tonight. Nothing wrong with the subject (well, maybe she was slightly grumpy about being forced into an impromptu photo session), but the lighting in our house is all too subtle for portrait work. Anyhoo, that's a wrap and I'm looking forward to the blip event on Saturday and seeing all you lovely people.

Good day at work, meeting some interesting and talented people and chatting with an old chum whom I hadn't spoken to in 20 years.
