Day off with kids today was spent having to work in the morning, run off to a meeting over late lunchtime then running back to feed the poor kids, then back to working to follow up on stuff after the meeting. So not really a day off with the kids. At all. Will not win best mum of the house award at this rate, even though I'm the only entrant.
