The One and Only.

This morning I woke up feeling like the missing piece of Jigsaw had been found and put into place making the most beautiful picture. I can't tell you how that feels.

I'm going to Frame the Jigsaw so it can't fall apart and so everyone can see it.

In other news. I had my first physio appointment on my back today. It was good but painful. Shame the NHS will only fund half an hour at a time. I felt I needed longer but I'm all strapped up in pale blue tape and it feels better already. More next week.
