Sculpted By The Sea

A misty morning cleared into a sunny day. A bit cloudy this evening but sunny spells coming through.

Another day of walkies with Sammy dog. A huge walk around the south cliffs and headed west to thw stunning cliffs there. Walkies this evening are juat around the village and north coast.
Hopefully it'll be a fine day again tomorrow and I'll be able to explore Papa Stour via my rubber boat and head into the many caves around the isle.

Papa Stour is a volcanic island and made up of rhyolite. Here at Aesha Head you can see the power of the Atlantic Ocean and how it's created a beautiful coastline dotted with sea stacks, caves and arches. If you look closely at the big arch, you'll spot a peerie boat passing.
