All set

I have remembered today that I really must not go out in strong sun without a hat.

I no longer have enough hair to fully protect my forehead!

So with everything else packed ready for my trip to The Commonwealth Games, I have left the hat out of the bag so that I can put it on from the outset tomorrow.

After a brilliant holiday in Nottinghamshire, I am now really looking forward to the next stage of this amazing summer.
