Ice cream

I've had a busy day today, preparing for a family lunch tomorrow. This is the ice cream in the making. We use a Ben & Jerry cookbook, and the ice cream is very simple, just eggs, sugar, milk, cream and flavouring, in this case elderflower cordial. This makes a very subtle sophisticated ice cream. It is in the freezer now, and I can't wait to taste it tomorrow!
