House By The Lake

This morning I (Chris) collected the girls at 6.45am and headed for Heathrow. We were on a fairly early flight and before we knew it was touch down in Berlin where we met Annie. We set off to find our holiday home for the next 7 days. We're in a lovely spot half an hour out of the city right on the edge of a lake. We've enjoyed the sound of lapping water since we arrived.

This evening we didn't need to venture far to find a great Italian restaurant where Rosie took the prize as being the only one of us able to eat a full main course. It's been really hot here today plus I'm still a bit under the weather, that's my excuse anyway.

Tonight's blip is a simple shot of reflections in the water this afternoon, so calming.
