Footy Fever in Bathurst

For the last week I have watched a large construction being erected in the sports ground at the end of my street. I am not a football fan so had to research what was going on. Apparently the Cronulla Sharks were playing the Penrith Panthers this afternoon so I toddled down to see if I could get a blip of the visitors to town ...apparently enjoying the game by the sound of things.

In Australia we have lots of sorts of football, soccer is the international game but they also play rugby, league and AFL. This was one of the first class Sydney league games... which must be good for business as we had trouble finding a car park in the shopping centre this morning. Cronulla won 18:16

I wonder if the young ladies in short shorts were hot....or cold! Depending on who you asked.
