The Hunger Games!!

Another busy day. Train and walk to the Emirates Stadium to watch the badminton. Once again the volunteers and transport workers were amazing.

Next, train into town to pop into the Merchant City Festival. Mum was with us and we were treated wonderfully with shortcuts to escalators and lifts offered at all times (to avoid stairs and longer routes). This has been our experience at all the events and has shown me the benefits of travelling with an older person in our party!!

The Merchant City was jumping and we watched some willing volunteers have their hair sculpted and designed. Most entertaining.
