I Believe In Miracles

It is now five months since I embraced the 5:2 fasting lifestyle. I am not sure what I expected at the start, but it does seem to do what nothing else ever has.

As of this morning, I have lost 11 cm from my waist and 8.5 kg of body mass.

For those of you still working in old money, that's 4.5 inches from the waist, and a stone and a third of mass.

Bloomin' miracle!

In other news, we went to the Si Siam Thai restaurant in Guadiaro tonight, just opposite this church. The food was wonderful and we shall definitely return.
