On a Sparkling Sea

23.2C starting misty and soon clearing to long sunny spells with one or two short showers from mid afternoon. Light breeze.

After the grocery shopping was tidied away Apothecary7, Maeve the Deerhound and I decided to go through to Arbroath for a walk round the harbour. We just had a notion. Much like last Sunday.

Once again when we were out at the furthest point on the outer harbour wall we noticed boats approaching. Much more slowly than last week's dash for port, and on a sparkling sea too.

Later I watched parts of the cycling road race in the Commonwealth Games. I enjoyed the race and all the camera shots of familiar streets and places in Glasgow.
