We went to a couple of training areas to get some idea of the terrain that we would be running at the O-Ringen. It was very hot, a sign of things to come, so we just had a walk around. We were so hot we had an ice cream and a paddle / swim in the lake. This is typical Swedish lake country and the blip gives an idea of Skåne province in the south of Sweden. An aside for fans of The Bridge. The border on the Oresund Bridge linking Sweden to Denmark and star of the TV program is not between the two towers but on the Danish side.
