Beep-beep, Size 5!

I took the boys uniform shopping today.

First stop - shoe shop. Every year the technology for measuring their feet gets more and more advanced. This year's measurement required electronic 'scales' and a tablet.

Next year I'm fully expecting to go in and have the sales assistant scan the boys' feet with lasers from her eyes before spewing out the right size shoes from her mouth. Smiling all the while, of course.

Trousers, shirts, jumpers and a school bag next.

We were all relieved to get home - them so they could play the Wii, me so I could get a roast dinner going. I feel as though none of us has eaten a proper dinner in ages - bloomin' Commonwealth Games.
