We bought this house because of the position it is in and the views. The house is old, and had been converted from a house, shop and bakehouse some time in the past by what I can only describe as an 'enthusiastic DIYer'; even now, nearly 20 years after we moved in, I am still discovering things that would make a Building Inspector cringe and there are some little problems that I conveniently ignore. It has cost us a fortune over the years but I wouldn't change it, and I still don't tire of this view from the lane at the side of the house. And it also makes a convenient Blip when you haven't taken any other pictures all day!
