28 Pinnacles on the Skyline!

We discovered a new area for us today, walking up from a tiny village called Glassier near Aosta. We had spectacular views of a pounding waterfall above the village and then, the Grand Combin from the alpine meadows. You can see these in Flickr if you are interested. Eidelweiss in abundance were on one col, I guess not many people go there. If you look very closely in large , you can see the bivouac hut, Regondi, in front of the snowy peak, Mont Gelé.
