An iron

The second of three sporting days in a row: yesterday was cricket, today was golf and tomorrow the football season starts and I will be at Bradford to see the start of the Sky Blues' latest bid for promotion survival.

This blip shows the golf club's latest piece of kit called, I am told, an "iron" as it is used to iron smooth the surface of the greens. As I took this shot, the iron was whizzing sideways at some speed. I hope you enjoy the slight blurring which demonstrates that!

By the way, if anyone cares, I came second in the golf (out of two) despite two actual pars on tricky holes.
